2 Slide up screen-"secure"-Cancel "reactivate lock"-Enter the password for the Samsung account.

Reboot lock
Reboot lockdown means using your Samsung account to prevent others from reactivating after your device has been reset. So keep in mind your Samsung account information to reactivate your device when locked.
