Original cause:
1. USB cable quality problems or the data cable is too long;
2. Insufficient USB power supply for the computer motherboard;
3. The USB driver of the operating system is incomplete or unstable;
4. Computer USB port faults;
5. The printer USB port is faulty.
The solution is as follows:
1. Check whether the printer is on.
If the printer is shut down, you cannot identify it when connecting to the USB device. You need to connect to the USB when the printer is turned on.
2. Check the computer and printer ports
Try replacing other USB ports on the rear of your computer. Or change the USB port of another computer to test.
If the USB port of your computer or printer has hardware problems, the & ldquo; Unknown Device & rdquo; error may occur in the Device manager of your computer, if you change to any computer, & ldquo; Unknown Device & rdquo; may be caused by a problem with the USB port or USB data cable of your all-in-one machine. We recommend that you try to replace a USB data cable.
3. Disable USB reinforced controller
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the printer and computer first.
2. right-click my computer (for example, Windows 7 is a computer) and choose manage ], find Device Manager-general serial bus Controller-find the name with & ldquo; Enhanced Host Controller & rdquo; in English. The name may display & ldquo according to the computer port; enhanced Host Controller & rdquo; you can right-click & ldquo; Enhanced Host Controller & rdquo; and choose Disable ]. After the device is disabled, connect the printer and computer with a USB, and properly identify the device.
IV. Change the USB data cable
We recommend that you do not use a USB extended cable or USB Splitter. We recommend that you replace the standard printer data cable. We recommend that you use a 1.5-meter USB data cable, up to 3 meters.
V. USB unmount error
Right-click computer [management]-[Device Manager]-[general serial bus controller]-[right-click the wrong USB device]-[uninstall], disconnect the USB device, restart the computer, and then try again.
