As shown in the following figure, a satellite is rotating around a circle, you see how smooth the tail of the satellite rotation, please take a look at this tutorial:

New file, set width and height to 300 pixels in the New File dialog box, the canvas color type is custom, and the color is black.
Second, select the tool panel in the Oval tool, hold down the SHIFT key, draw a positive circle on the canvas, open the Info panel, if the current file does not have this panel, select menu Window->info. Both W and H are set to 200. Or, in the tool panel, set the fill color and edge color to none. Look at the bottom of the picture with the red color circled.
