Deploying software in bulk is a very classic feature of SCCM. Using SCCM to deploy software is much more convenient than Group Policy, the software format of Group Policy distribution is limited, it must be an uncommon software format such as MSI, and SCCM supports more software formats, such as MSI, EXE, APPX, bat and so on. 1. Create a package:

Log in to the SCCM server and open SCCM Manager to navigate to the Software Library-application management-Packages:

Enter the package name, language, version, and other parameters and specify the folder containing the installer source files, and click Next:

Sets the installation parameters for the program. On the command line to set the name of the program to be executed to install this software, select whether or not the user is logged in to install the program.

Set the operating platform, required disk space, and installation time for the Setup program. Using the default values here, click Next:

2. Deploy the Package

Right-click the Office 2013 package and tap deploy:

Select the collection where you want to deploy the software, where I select all systems. Click Next:

Set up the distribution point location by setting the SCCM server as a software distribution point:

The purpose in the deployment settings is set to "must" and click Next:

3. Test whether Office is deployed successfully

Because SCCM deploys software for a period of time, if you want clients to start deploying software as soon as possible, you can open configuration Manager in Control Panel on the client computer. As shown, select the software inventory cycle and click "Run Now".
