Scott account locking Solution

After Oracle10g is installed, the following problem occurs during logon:

Enter the username scott/tiger.
ERROR:
ORA-28000: the account is locked

The scott user is locked by default, so we can unlock it in the following ways.
(Ps: If you are careful enough to install 10 Gbit/s, there will be instructions on "unlock/lock/change account" in the lower part of the page after the installation is complete)

SQL> alter user scott account unlock;

The user has changed.

SQL> commit;

Submitted.

Connect again.

SQL> conn scott/tiger;
ERROR:
ORA-28001: the password has expired

At this time, you will be prompted to change the password. It will be OK if you enter your new password twice.

Change scott's password
New password:
Retype the new password:
Password Changed
Connected.
