Speaking of scrum, we have to mention the father of scrum, –jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber,jeff, who created the scrum framework in 1993 in conjunction with his work practices, and the first time Ken presented a scrum thesis at the Oopsla conference in 1995. When it comes to the origins of scrum, let's look at the 3 pillars of scrum: Inspect Adapt Transparent.

The other two pillars are often mentioned together, Inspect and Adapt, which are examined and adjusted. The View and adjustment form a loop. Speaking of which, do you feel familiar with it? Review and adjust the PDCA (Plan do Check Act) ring. Planning, execution, inspection, processing. Yes, this is the famous Deming Ring, the quality improvement cycle proposed by the American Quality Master in 1950.

However, the PDCA ring is the original Deming? Let's push forward. 20, see 1930 another American quality guru Wothurghat proposed a PDS (Plan do see) concept, and PDCA is not very similar? Yes. Deming is the PDCA ring which is further carried forward from the PDS of Hugh Hart.

Once again, it reminds me of a book I read, "Stealing a teacher", and the first sentence in the book is "Nothing is original". The master reads a lot of books and then absorbs and digests them and writes them into their own.
