I saw someone talking about securecrt logging on Twitter today. It seems that many people have this habit.
I used securecrt only after I started my work. I have never recorded any logs.
However, I searched for this function to see if it is good. I can see what I did, and sometimes I can even see if I made any mistake before. It is a very good function.
So I also decided to start logging, and the setting was very simple, but I found that folders could be automatically split by myself. I don't know if everyone knows, because I searched several articles.ArticleNot mentioned
Let's start with how to set it. I hope it will help you.
Select "option"> "global option" from the menu"
Then select general -- default session -- edit default settings
Then select the log file
Enter the Log Path Name and log file name you want to save in the log file name
In order to generate a log for each session, the supported parameters can be used.
% H host name % s session name
% Y year % m month % d
% H hour % m minute % s second
For example, E: \ Development \ securecrt \ logs \ % H \ % Y-% m-% d _ % H % m % S. Log
Is maintained in the E: \ Development \ securecrt \ logs \ directory, the parameters can also be used in the path
\ % H \ to add logs of the same host to a folder. The folder name is the host name, And the folder is not automatically created.
Here, you can check the start log on the connection.
Because securecrt is often enabled, but it is not always used. To know when each line of commands I input is, you can enter [% H: % m: % s]
This will record the time each line of logs is written
I wonder if you want to record your own logs, please try.
