The config path in SecureCRT, Securefx in Hkey_current_user->software->vandyke is a directory of configuration files, typically

D:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\VanDyke\ConfigVanDyke

Or

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\VanDyke\ConfigVanDyke;

If SecureCRT and Securefx are re-installed, this place will have to be revised.

Then restart Securefx, upload and download the file when it will not crash.
