I searched for a large amount of information on the Internet. This problem is classic and there are many errors, but there is no perfect solution for domestic and foreign websites and forums. After some exploration and attempts, we finally have a better solution. There are three, as follows:
1. re-open an application pool and specify this pool separately for this directory.
2. AccessPermissionSettings
3. reinstall IIS and then install the framework.

My problem is that the access permission is the second problem. Make the following settings to solve the problem:

InWebUnder the virtual directory of sites, Set permissions, which should contain
ASP. Net
Iis_wpg
Internet Guest Account
System
The ASP. NET permission must be set to write & read.

After setting, everything runs normally.
