Error: Server Tomcat v7.0 server at localhost is unable to start within seconds

The error message is that we limit the time that is caused by the deployment. Workaround one: Go to your Eclipse working directory and modify the workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\servers.xml file.
Change the start-timeout= "45" to start-timeout= "100" or longer, depending on the project size. Tomcat can be restarted. Solution Two: Double-click Tomcat, directly modify the timeouts in the overview start (in seconds value)
