By default, the text box for the Word2007 document is aligned vertically, with a text box with a left and right margin of 0.25 cm and a 0.13 cm top and bottom margin. This setting meets the needs of most users, but the user can set the margins and vertical alignment of the text box to fit the actual needs, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, right-click the text box, and choose Format Text box on the open shortcut menu, as shown in Figure 2009010401.

Step 2nd, in the Open Format Text Box dialog box, automatically switches to the Text Box tab, sets the text box margins in the internal margin area, and then selects the top, center, or bottom alignment in the vertical alignment area. Set Finish Click OK, as shown in Figure 2009010402.
