Setup was unable to create a DCOM User Account

After installing VC, the following error occurs: setup was unable to create a DCOM User Account in order to register Microsoft Visual Studio \ common \ tools \ vs_ent98 \ valec.exe. Then, the system prompts that the installation is unsuccessful!

This is a bug in Visual Studio, which only appears in Windows 2000/XP. If you do not use Visual Studio analyzer, you can select Custom during installation and clear Visual Studio analyzer in Enterprise Tools. This problem will not occur after installation.
