SharePoint 2010 supports the same Web site presenting a different language UI. For example, a Chinese version of the SharePoint 2010 system, the administrator can install the SharePoint 2010 English Language pack on the server, and then in the language settings of the site settings, select English as the alternate language.
Users can then use the user's menu in the upper-right corner of the page to toggle the current site's display UI across multiple languages.
If you try this feature, you will find an interesting phenomenon. For SharePoint 2010 's built-in list and document libraries, their names, and the names of all fields, are displayed in different language languages according to the current UI language. Well, as you can see, either the name of the document library ("shared document"->) Shared Documents "), or the name of the field (type"-> ") Type ", which are well adapted to the current language UI and automatically appear as text in different languages.
Do they also have the ability to customize lists and document libraries? You know, unless we do extra processing, SharePoint 2010 cannot know how to display the name and field name of a custom list as text in a different language.
