To develop a master page for a SharePoint 2013 site, you must have knowledge of:

(1) familiar with SharePoint 2013 master page generation principles and operations

(2) Skilled front-end knowledge (Css+div and JavaScript involved, jQuery)

Custom master Pages and layout pages: includes the site master page and system master page, and the layout page, as shown in the following example, as indicated in the "home page."
