"Message templates"
Information Template, that is, the fixed format of the reminder information. The URL shows that by default, the information template of the current website is edited. You can also click the link to edit the entire website set. At this time, the Scope parameter value is changed to Site.
You can add a reference to the template to display the context content related to the workflow, which provides a wide range of things.
"LazyApproval Setting"
The previous article mentioned the lazy approval settings. By website level and website set level, Nintex has pre-defined some phrases, so we can add our own definitions. For example, add "line" as the keyword for approval.
"Workflow Templates"
Workflow template. Nintex provides some built-in workflow templates.
"Allowed workflow designers"
Allowed workflow designers. Here is actually a permission management. We can see through the URL that it is actually a List of authorization management, by default is inherited from the website authorization.
"Manage allowed actions"
Manage permitted operations (workflow operations)
This item is used to set available Workflow operations. By default, it manages the current website and inherits from the website set (the website set also inherits from the Workflow Action List ). You can stop inheriting a website set to set operations that are permitted on this website. All operations are allowed by default.
"Scheduled Workflows"
This item is a list used to display the Workflow Information of the centralized plan of the website.
"Workflow Gallery"
Workflow set. Displays the workflows created for this website and displays workflow statistics.
