4. Enable the Sharepoint Server publishing function (Sharepoint Server publishing ):

Documents: This library is used on the website page.

Image: This library stores images used on website pages.

Workflow tasks this list stores the workflow tasks created on the website.

5. Set the order of enabling and disabling websites created using non-publishing templates:

1. Enable: you must first enable the Sharepoint Server publishing infrastructure function (Sharepoint Server publishing infrastructure), and then enable the Sharepoint Server publishing function (Sharepoint Server publishing ). Because the latter depends on the former. That is, first start the website set level, and then the website level.

2. Disable: first shut down the Sharepoint Server publishing function (Sharepoint Server publishing) for all websites, and then disable the Sharepoint Server publishing infrastructure function (Sharepoint Server publishing infrastructure ). You cannot directly disable the website set-level publishing function without disabling the website-level publishing function.
