If you still cannot solve the problem after you restore the factory settings, it may be that the hardware of the mobile phone is faulty. Let's look at the following method:
1. Check whether the SIM card is broken. You can put the SIM card on another manual and try it out.
2. Verify the SIM card slot of the mobile phone. You can't check if someone else's SIM card is on our mobile phone. This is estimated to be a problem with our mobile phone.
3. The SIM card slot on the mobile phone is bad. In this case, we have to perform after-sales service to make changes.
4. The card is not cut well. This can be tested in the form of replacement card.
