1. Create a Skype topology

Open the Skype for business Server 2015 topology Builder

In Topology Builder, select New topology. Follow the prompts to enter the location and file name to saving the topology. Provide a name for the topology file, click OK, and keep the file's suffix extension unchanged (tbxml).

2. Define a front end pool

When you click Done, the Define Front end Pool wizard pops up, and on the define a new front end Pool page, click Next.

On the define front end Pool FQDN page, enter the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the pool that you want to create, select Enterprise Front end pool, and then click Next.

On the Define computers in this pool page, enter the FQDN of the computer for the first front end server in this pool, and then click Add. Repeat this step for the other computers that you want to add to this pool, and then click Next.

On the Select Collocated Server Role page, select whether to collocated the mediation server on the front end pool. Then click "Next"

Note:

If you plan to collocated the mediation server on an Enterprise Edition front end pool, make sure that the appropriate check boxes are selected. The server role will be deployed on the pool server.

If you plan to deploy the mediation server as a stand-alone server, clear the appropriate check boxes. After the front end server is deployed, the mediation server is deployed as a separate deployment step.

3. Configure a simple URL:

In Topology Builder, right-click the Skype for Business Server node, and then click Edit Properties.

In the Skype for Business Server 2015 topology Builder, right-click the Skype for Business Server node, and then click Publish Topology.
