SMTP service not found in Internet Information Service

Because sps2003 is deployed, you want to use SMTP on the server to send notification messages. However, no matter how configured, the notifications cannot be sent, and other servers can be used to send the notifications successfully. Therefore, I uninstalled the SMTP component of the server with SPS and re-installed it. The problem occurs. After re-installation, you can see that the SMTP service can be started normally, but you cannot see SMTP in the IIS Information Service Manager, by default, there should be a "Default SMTP virtual server" connection, and there is no "SMTP virtual server" sub-menu in the "new" menu.
