1. Reading Comprehension:
After reading the seventh chapter, we have a preliminary understanding of the Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF), which has nine principles:
( 1 ) Promote information sharing and communication
( 2 ) work for a common vision
( 3 ) full empowerment and trust
( 4 ) and responsible for the project
( 5 ) The value of the delivery increment
( 6 keep agile, anticipate and adapt to change
( 7 ) Investment quality
( 8 ) Learn all the experience
(9) Cooperation with customers
It also includes knowledge of the MSF Team Model, the MSF process model, and more on MSF.
After reading the eighth chapter, we understand the types of software requirements, stakeholders, the methods and steps commonly used to obtain user requirements, the framework of competitive demand analysis, the NABCD, the four-quadrant approach, the basic knowledge of requirements analysis such as project planning and estimation techniques.
2. My question:
1. Does every development team need to develop with the MSF Team Model and development model? Whether it's a small team or a larger team
2. For example, if a team has developed a software that satisfies a particular requirement, is it necessary to develop the appropriate software for that requirement?
3. Has the app's face Moe and super-curriculum been on fire for some time in the past few years, have you had sufficient requirements analysis before development? If so, why did he fail? If not, then why do you suddenly get up?
3. My understanding of Scrum:
SCRUM is a framework for developing and sustaining complex products, an iterative incremental software development process that is typically used for agile software development.
Scrum includes a series of procedural skeletons that practice and pre-define roles.
The main roles in scrum include the role of the scrum leader, similar to the project manager, responsible for maintaining processes and tasks, the product owner representing the benefit owner, and the development team including all developers.
Although scrum is developed for managing software development projects, it can also be used to run software maintenance teams or as a plan management approach.
