1.Unzip the downloaded SOLR to D:\SOLR and copy the D:\solr\solr-4.10.2\example\webapps\solr.war to the Tomcat webapps\ directory. Unzip the Solr.war directly or start the Tomcat decompression Solr.war
2.Create a new D:\solr\data directory, copy the D:\SOLR\SOLR-4.10.2\EXAMPLE\SOLR folder to D:\solr\data
3.Modify D:\solr\data\solr\collection1\conf\solrconfig.xml

4.Modify Tomcat\webapps\solr\web-inf\web.xml

5.Copy the jar package under D:\solr\solr-4.10.2\example\lib\ext to Tomcat\webapps\solr\web-inf\lib
6.Create a File classes folder under Tomcat\webapps\solr\web-inf, copy D:\solr\solr-4.10.2\example\resources\log4j.properties to tomcat\ Webapps\solr\web-inf\classes folder, and change the Solr.log to D://solr//logs,Solr.log=d://solr//logs
Then launch tomcat to access the SOLR admin interface.
