I was installed this evening Oracle, the result in the second step encountered this problem, before and after two hours, Baidu has a lot of solutions, finally solved the problem;
Because my computer system is still the Win7 system, the other I have not tried, but also almost all this solves;
Baidu's solution is also right, but I think it is necessary to clean up their own;
Not much to say, the following is my solution:
First, open Control Panel---> Find Administrative Tools---> Service options---> Find the server file, check to see if it's started, start or restart---> Return to Administrative Tools---> Find Computer Management, open---> Then find the System tool, open the---> inside the shared folder, open---> Right click on the inside of the share, create a new Share---> Popup dialog, click Next---> Path select C Drive---> share name set to "C $", then next---> Set permissions, select Second or third (I choose the third one)---> then complete
At the same time, it is necessary to remind that if your Oracle is not installed in the C drive, after the installation of the C drive, you need to set up Oracle storage disk, the same way, my setup disk is D, so my second shared name is "d$", and so on;
After all these things are set, find the Setup.exe file in your folder, right click to select "Admin get Ownership", then run it as Administrator;
Perhaps, after these, some computers can not skip this error, my method is to restart the computer, the way to re-check, and then run it as an administrator;
