System Environment: window7 + Oracle10g + PL/SQL 8.0

 

Problem description:

1. After oracle is installed and the service is started, PLSQL cannot be used to connect to the database. The interface is blank.

2. Use sqlplus to connect to the database.

> Sqlplus/nolog

Tip: SP2-1503: Unable to initialize the Oracle call interface

SP2-0152: Oracle does not work

 

Solution:

The solution on the network is:

Right-click the PL/SQL icon and choose Properties> compatibility> tick the place where you enter as an administrator to run PL/SQL again..
