Spooler subsystem app encounters problems need to shut down how to handle

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Spooler subsystem App having problems needing to be shut down.

The system is used for Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition to provide the printer server, restart the service Print Spooler service, the system shuts down the service automatically and there are many such logs found in the system log.

Workaround:

From the good machine copy Spoolsv.exe to c:\windwos\system32\, there is also a DLL file named Wmpdxm.dll file, also copied to c:\windwos\system32\ under.
