1. Configure the spring environment variables
In the environment variable path add: D:\Program files\spring-boot-cli-1.5.8.release-bin\spring-1.5.8.release\bin


Cmd:spring--version
Java--version

2. Create a project using the SPRING-BOOT_CLI command
Spring init--build=maven--java-version=1.8--dependencies=web--packaging=jar--boot-version=1.5.8.release-- Groupid=com.samuel--artifactid=spring-boot-cli-demo

3. The resulting project is

C:\Windows\SysWOW64

This needs to be hammered down.
