SELECT *  from (
SELECT Over (ORDER by Shopname) as R from Shop
) TWHERE R>100000 and R<=100050

The writing of Offset,fetch

SELECT  from  Shop ORDER  by shopname OFFSET 100000 ROW FETCH NEXT  -  only
