SQL Server Management studio express cannot connect to SQL compact edition (or create a database file)

I haven't logged on for a long time. I recently studied windows phone7 development, starting with SQL compact edition.

When SSMs is used to create a database file for SQL compact edition (*. SDF), SSMs express cannot create a new SQL compact file. In the "registered servers" column of SSMs, only the "Database Engine" is available. After careful research, on msdn, we learned that you must install SQL Server Management studio express of SP2 or later versions to connect to the database. I installed the original version (version 9.00.2047.00 ). After I download the SQL Server Management studio express SP3 version (version 9.00.4035.00) and reinstall it, you can see that the "SQL compact edition" option is added to the "registered servers" column, and you can finally create a file.
