Issue: Installing SQL SERVER 2008 Error "Existing properties (Directory, Archive), including attributes (0), excluding attributes (Archive, compressed, Encrypted)"

Workaround: (1) Locate the "Microsoft SQL Server" folder in C:\Program files, right-click Properties-Advanced-"Can archive folder" (Cancel √)

(2) C:\Program Files (x86) \microsoft SQL Server also change properties >> Advanced >> folders that can be archived (cancel √)
