SQL Server 2008R2 configuration management prompts for "Remote procedure call failed" after installing vs2013

This is because vs2013 comes with a conflict with Microsoft SQL Server 2012Local db.

You can fix the problem by upgrading the SQL Server 2008R2 to the SP1 version!
