SQL Server R2 Open SSMS Administration tool, prompting "value cannot be empty" issue

The service is OK, the Client Management tool opens an error and does not have to be re-installed.

Workaround One:

Open the directory "C:\Users\ your user name \appdata\local\temp\ ", or Run "%temp%" to open a file with a digital filename

Delete the file, and then build a folder with the same name.

Workaround Two:

The use of PsExec.exe open, the way is only available when the mode is opened, the symptoms do not cure.
