[SSRs] entry (v) -- set the report format

In the previous section [SSRs] (4) -- add data to the report. We have set the report and can preview the data, for example:

When the report is complete, it is important to beautify the report format. This section will explain:

• Set Date Format
• Set currency format
• Change text style and column width

Set the date format:By default, the data field displays the date and time information. The format is set to Chinese date.

1. Click the "design" option page:

2. Right-click the field [date] and click "text box properties" in the pop-up menu ":

3. Click "Number", select "date" in "category", and select "January 30, 2000" in "type". After setting, click "OK:

4. preview the report to view the changes in the [date] field and change it back to the "design" View:

Set the currency format:The column [line total] field currently displays regular numbers. We set the format to a number in the currency format.

1. Right-click the field [line total] and click "text box properties" in the pop-up menu ":

2. Click "Number", select "currency" in "category", and design accordingly. If you see "¥ 12,345.00" in the example, It is set correctly, click "OK:

3. preview the report to view the changes in the [line total] field and change it back to the "design" View:

Change text style and column width: Change the title name, Font, and column width.

1. Change the column title and delete the column:

3. Adjust the Row Height and column width, align the left and right of the field content, and set the title background color, as shown in:
