There are two ways to page out in SSRS reports:

The first method: Set the area paging (as the name implies, set the area between the footer and the header).

1. First move the mouse to the red area.

You can see the properties:

You can set the height to achieve the effect of paging.

The second method of paging: (Gets the average distribution of the number of bars for all data).

The Main method used: Ceiling (RowNumber (Nothing)/10) 10 for a page showing 10.

The main implementation method: Use the table for example, the matrix method is the same.

1. Right-click details → add group → add parent group

2. Popup Information:

After you pop up such a prompt, edit the function:

Click OK.

3. The Group1 field will appear in the box below.

Select group1 Right click → you can see the group properties and click Open.

Edit the Red area:

Click OK.

Then select the page break, select as shown

Click OK.

4 for the appearance of the report do not display unnecessary fields can be removed group1 field.

Click OK.

The above steps to complete the page of the report will be completed.
