Write one of the simplest WebPart (2)--Configure WebPart

Summary

This article will document how to write the second part of the simplest WebPart, configuring WebPart, including creating a strong name for WebPart, configuring Web.config, and so on.

The procedures for each step are recorded below.

1, first open the project created earlier, in Solution Explorer right click on the project name, in the pop-up menu select Properties, you can open the Project property box, in the property box to select Signing page.

On the signing page, tick sign the assembly and select New in Choose a strong name key file Drop-down box.

2. In the pop-up create Strong Name Key dialog box, we enter key file name, such as Key.snk, and then remove the hook in front of Protect my key file with a password.
