1, first open my Web site, click Document Center, Announcements, into the Announcements list page.

2, in the Announcements list interface Click New, in the pop-up menu select New Item, that is, enter the Create Announcement page.

Fill in the title and body in the Create Announcement page and select "Employee Category" and click the OK button to save the record.
