StoreFront Web cannot start the specified app

View the error log on the DDC as:

Citrix Broker Service failed to validate user credentials on XML Service

ID only credentials received but Trustrequestssenttothexmlserviceport=false

Workaround:

1. Running PowerShell as an administrator on the DDC server

2. Enter the command "ASNP citrix*"

3. Run the following command:

"Set-brokersite-trustrequestssenttothexmlserviceport $true"

4. Run the following command to see if the setting is successful:

"Get-brokersite"

5. Check if the output is "Trustrequestssenttothexmlserviceport=true"
