Sublime Text 3 Package control installation Steps

Quick Installation

The simplest way is to install via the console command interface of the sublime Text 3

Manual Installation

The installation may fail due to a proxy access to your network, and you can install it manually by following the steps below

Click menu Preferences > Browse Packages ...

Then open the upper level folder to the folder where the Packages is installed installed Packages

After downloading from https://sublime.wbond.net/Package%20Control.sublime-package , copy the file to the Open directory above

Restart Sublime Text to complete the installation of the package control
