Chkconfig--list | grep fire

Susefirewall2_init 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off b:on

Susefirewall2_setup 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off

You can see that B is on state, and the following command closes B.

(Stop service first)

#service Susefirewall2_init Stop

#service Susefirewall2_setup Stop

(No boot start)

Chkconfig--level B Susefirewall2_init off

Chkconfig Susefirewall2_init off

The above two commands can turn off the boot, the effect is the same.

Chkconfig--level B Susefirewall2_setup off

Chkconfig Ssusefirewall2_setup off

This will allow you to permanently shut down the firewall.

Note: Under normal circumstances, two services are started, at this time, you should close the Susefirewall2_setup, and then close the susefirewall2_init. There is no other reason, just because you don't shut down setup first, you can't close the Init service and refuse to shut down. **
