Synchronize table data between Oracle and SQL Server

Synchronize some tables in SQLServer2008 to the Oracle database. We can use the linked server and SQLAgent to synchronize data between different database types.

Instance 1:
SQLServer2008 has a table named "employ_epl" that needs to be synchronized to an EHR System (Oracle11g). The Database Synchronization steps are as follows:

1. Create the corresponding employ_epl table in Oracle. We will create those fields for synchronization to the Oracle table.
Note: The data types of Oracle and SQL Server are different and need to be converted.
