System Center VMM 2016 has new host guardianship service settings. It allows you to block VMs and protect hosts.
Open the VMM console and you can see the host Guardianship Service settings in the settings workspace

Double click "Host Monitoring Service Settings", open the Settings page, fill in the relevant information and click Finish
