1. Quick Insert blank line
If you want to insert consecutive blank rows on a worksheet, drag the mouse down to select the number of rows you want to insert on it, right-click, and select Insert from the shortcut menu to insert a blank line above the line.
If you want to insert a blank row above some rows, you can hold down the CTRL key, select the row labels on which you want to insert blank rows, select the entire row, and then right-click, and choose Insert from the shortcut menu.
2. Fast interchange of data in two columns
In Excel, there is a simple way to quickly swap the contents of two columns of data. When the data in column A is selected, move the mouse over the right edge of column A and the cursor changes to a cross arrow.
Hold down the SHIFT key while holding down the left mouse button and drag the mouse to the right, and a dotted line appears when you drag to the right edge of column B, and the "C:c" prompt appears (as shown in Figure 1).

Then loosen the SHIFT key and the left mouse button to complete the exchange of a and B data.
3. Quickly enter fractions in a cell
If you want to enter 2/3 in Excel, just enter "2/3" in the cell, and when you press ENTER, the contents of the cell change to "February 3," as shown in Figure 2, how do you enter a fraction in a cell?
