Those mistakes were made by myself-out of ignorance, fear, and hope that everyone will like their stupid desires-without them, we will have less pressure and more happiness (and of course including success ). The following are some points that I hope I can understand long ago. I hope they will help you, even a small number of people, to avoid repeating my mistakes.

●Has a normal heart.

Too many things I once excited about, worried about, or wasted my time and energy prove irrelevant at the end. They are only a tiny part of a happy life. I wish to know this early so that I can devote my energy to these happy things, not others.
