Turn off automatic pop-up console in eclipse

When we use Eclipse to write code, generally to maximize the interface, if the Tomcat server in the running state, then when the background print content, such as log output, code program error output, console will automatically eject, very inconvenient.

To turn off the console auto-eject step:

Windows-->>preferences-->>run/debug-->>console, uncheck the box.

The check box before program writes-to-standard-out and show when program writes-to-standard error
