New typography Features

The previous function of exchanging layers with tables is a stroke, because in DW4, a new layout typesetting function is introduced, which enables more direct and convenient layout of the page. There are four buttons at the bottom of the object panel:

Standard view (Standard view): The default state of views;

Typesetting view (Layout view): Into the layout view, this is to introduce the function;


When the button is pressed, the top two buttons on the layout can be used:

Table typesetting (LayOut table): Like drawing in the page layout table;

Cell layout (LayOut cell): Draws a cell in a table.

Now we try to use the above tools to compose a new page: Create a new page, click on the layout view, draw a table on the page, click on the table, draw the cell in the form, where the table will be in a green box, the cell will be in blue, and the indeterminate cell will be in gray, as shown in the following figure:

Here, each table, the size of the cell can be arbitrarily adjusted. After the last point back to the standard view, you will find that the "Layout table" just now has been converted into a table. The following figure:

In addition, there is a number on the table on the layout view that represents the width of the table, and click the number to see the following menu:

　　Make column autostretch: columns are automatically scaled, which means that the table can be automatically adjusted to the width of the screen, which is equivalent to defining the width of the table as a percentage.

　　Add spacer Image/remove Spacer Images: Add/Remove transparent pictures. The function of a transparent picture is to brace the width of the table.

　　Clear cell Heights: clears the cell height.
