Ubuntu 14.04 users install the game client Desurium

Desurium is an open-source game client similar to Steam. Based on Desura, Desurium allows users to download and install the game, which is very easy. The development of Desura and desurium is similar to the relationship between Chrome-Chromium. The client is open-source and the server has a proprietary license.

The latest version of Desurium 0.9 is available. It has recently been released to support Ubuntu 14.04 and derivative systems.

If PPA is available for installation, open the terminal and enter the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: makson96/desurium-stable

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get install desurium
