Ubuntu 14.10/14.04/12.04 users install the virtual printing software Boomaga

Boomaga is an open-source virtual printing software that supports common printing through CUPS and Gutenprint. Unlike CUPS and Gutenprint, a printing driver is required.

Boomaga virtual printing allows you to view documents, adjust margins, encode pages, and print files in PDF and other formats before printing.

The final version is Boomaga 0.6.2 and has been released. The new version is updated.

The installation method is available with PPA. It supports Ubuntu 14.10, 14.04, 12.04, and derivative versions. Open the terminal and enter the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: boomaga/ppa

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get install boomaga

Run the following command to uninstall boomaga:

Sudo apt-get rempve boomaga
