Ubuntu---Xshell connect virtualbox under installation of Ubuntu

1. Bridging mode

Open the VirtualBox Manager---settings---network---Connect mode Select Bridge Network adapter

2. Installing the SSH Service

Installation:

sudo apt-get Install Openssh-server

Start:

// Mode 1 // Mode 2

View:

Ps-e|grep SSH

Normal display is: 6212? 00:00:00 sshd

At this time with Xshell prompt SSH server rejected the password, please try again, you need to modify the configuration file:

Vim/etc/ssh/sshd_config

Found it:

 - Permitrootlogin prohibit-passwordstrictmodes Yes

Modified to:

 - Permitrootlogin yesstrictmodes Yes

Restart:

/etc/init.d/ssh restart
