With Unity3d 3.5 Open a file after the version problem, can not open, then unity will not open how to do, the URGENT request!!!

You're using the old version to open the project with the new version, unity is up incompatible, you don't have to always show the Project Wizard interface, so when you open unity it opens the last project you opened, which doesn't matter with the software itself. At this point you can open the Unity property (right-click), the target path after the space plus "-projectpath" app can open the wizard interface.
