Upgrade Zabbix to 3.2.1 Report Database upgrade failed error

A description of the problem

Today, the Zabbix server and Zabbix proxy are upgraded to 3.2.1. First stop Zabbix server and upgrade Zabbix proxy and then upgrade Zabbix server. Zabbix Proxy Upgrade When there is no life error, can proceed smoothly. However, the following error was reported when upgrading Zabbix server:

Previously, a table partition was made to the Zabbix database.
