International availability is defined as the effectiveness (effectiveness), efficiency (efficiency), and user subjective satisfaction (satisfaction) of a product for a particular user for a particular purpose in a particular use environment.

1. Effectiveness-the correct and complete degree to which a user accomplishes a specific task and achieves a specific goal;

2. Efficiency-the ratio between the accuracy and completeness of the user's task and the resources used (such as time);

3. Satisfaction-The subjective satisfaction and acceptance of the user in the process of using the product.

Tara Smith also presents five features that differ from system functional requirements for ease of use:

1. Practicality (utility): can be used to complete the user requirements of the task;

2. Support Task/goal (Goal/task support): Designed to accomplish the task;

3. Adaptation (accommodation): able to adapt to different user groups;

4. Use (Adoption): Because ease of use is better than competitor's product, so be used by the user;

5. Malleable (extensibility/adaptability): System functions can be extended or modified to match (unexpected) new tasks or goals.
