USB keyboard is not recognized and cannot be used

Failure phenomenon:

USB keyboard is not available, the computer is not detected after inserting the keyboard, also does not appear the exclamation mark device, replaces the computer test USB disk to be normal.

Reason Analysis:

Look at the human body. There are two devices in the input device, and the hardware ID confirms that the USB input device is the mouse and the English device is actually the keyboard. That is, the Windows system incorrectly identifies the keyboard for another device.

Solution:

Right-click the update Driver--Browse to the computer to find the driver software--Select from the list of device drivers for your computer--select the USB input device--the next issue is resolved.

4. Select USB input device;
